For delivery to UK addresses, we offer free standard delivery (3-5 working days), or Next Day Delivery for £4.95 (excluding weekends). We send slippers, gloves and accessories via Royal Mail, and boots and heavier items via UPS courier service. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, dependent on stock availability.

Free Returns (UK Customers)
We hope that you will find the product you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We provide a free tracked returns label with all orders via Royal Mail post, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us at:

You may also return your products to us free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including original postage costs. Please return within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. Please include a filled out returns form inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.
Returns (rest of the world)
You can return your order within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We do not offer free returns worldwide, so you will need to pay for returns postage. You can return your order however you choose. We will provide an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs, but not including returns postage.
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you in the specified delivery time. If no one is available to accept your order, they will re attempt to deliver on the following day and also leave a contact card through your door. You can contact them to re arrange delivery when it suits you best, or collect from a local depot too.
You may leave specific delivery instructions for the driver, for us to put on your parcel and to notify the courier e.g. please leave with a neighbour, or please leave in the garage or porch, or please leave at reception. Please write this in the notes section at the checkout or email us separately. We can also deliver to another address e.g. work address or friend or family member’s address.
Yes absolutely. You, or the recipient, can return your order after Christmas if it is unsuitable, for an exchange or refund. Please return Christmas gifts by the end of January.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition, and we will happily exchange or refund you, at the price you paid for it including original postage costs. Please fill out the returns form included, including your name, address and telephone number, to put inside the parcel. Please also attach the free returns label to the outside of the parcel, and take to your local post office. (UK only).
You can exchange for another size, or a completely different style. Just fill out the returns form. If there is a difference in price, make sure that your telephone number is included on the returns form, and we will phone you to take payment for the difference, or we’ll refund your original payment card for the difference if it is lower.
For exchanges, we offer free returns using the freepost label, which you should put on the outside of the parcel. We will post the new product out to you free of charge also.
If you have been bought a gift by somebody else, you can return the gift to us for an exchange to another size or style. Please include your name, address and telephone number, plus the original purchaser’s details too, and make it clear what you want to do.
This freepost label needs to be taken to your local post office in the UK. This freepost label is not valid for Royal Mail collection.
You do not need to phone us to notify us that you are returning a parcel for an exchange or refund. We will deal with your return as soon as we get it. Parcels usually take 5-10 days to arrive back at our warehouse once they are posted by you, and we usually deal with returns and exchanges within 3 working days from the date they are received back.
You can return products for an exchange or refund to our factory shop in Glastonbury, if you don’t want to post them back and you are local.
