For delivery to UK addresses, we offer free standard delivery (2-4 working days), or Next Day Delivery for £4.95 (excluding weekends). We send slippers, gloves and accessories via Royal Mail, and boots and heavier items via UPS courier service. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, dependent on stock availability.
Delivery throughout Europe is £5.00. Orders are sent via DHL or UPS courier service, and take 3-4 working days. You can order from our normal UK website.
We offer free standard delivery to USA (5-10 days) or express delivery for $10 (4-5 days). Orders are sent via DHL or UPS courier service. Please order via our USA website, by choosing USA country from the link at the top left of the screen, where it says 'choose country'.
Rest of the world Delivery
Delivery throughout the rest of the world is £12.00. Orders are sent via DHL or UPS courier service, and take 5-10 days. You can order from our normal UK website.
Free Returns (UK and USA only)
We hope that you will find the product you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We provide a free returns label with all orders, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us at:

And include a filled out returns label inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.
Returns (rest of the world)
You can return your order within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We do not offer free returns worldwide, so you will need to pay for returns postage. You can return your order however you choose. We will provide an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs, but not including returns postage.
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you in the specified delivery time. If no one is available to accept your order, they will re attempt to deliver on the following day and also leave a contact card through your door. You can contact them to re arrange delivery when it suits you best, or collect from a local depot too.
You may leave specific delivery instructions for the driver, for us to put on your parcel and to notify the courier e.g. please leave with a neighbour, or please leave in the garage or porch, or please leave at reception. Please write this in the notes section at the checkout or email us separately. We can also deliver to another address e.g. work address or friend or family member’s address.
